MFSD9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,801 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPYD, TRAF1, and TRIM21. Each is linked with MFSD9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD9-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD9 versus DPYD in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
