MFSD9

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,625 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESYT2, MAPK8IP1, and RPSAP54. Each is linked with MFSD9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD9-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD9 versus ESYT2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
