MFSD9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, STAT3_pY705, and PCNA. Each is linked with MFSD9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD9-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by MFSD9-low versus MFSD9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
