MFSD9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MFSD9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10AG1, PABPC1L2A, and OR14A2. Each is linked with MFSD9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD9-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10AG1 grouped by MFSD9-low versus MFSD9-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
