MFSD8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,506 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7, RPL13A, and RPL14. Each is linked with MFSD8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD8-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD8 versus RPL7 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
