MFSD8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,173 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ROBO4, TRAPPC11, and CXorf56. Each is linked with MFSD8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD8-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD8 versus ROBO4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
