MFSD8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, C-Raf, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with MFSD8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD8-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by MFSD8-low versus MFSD8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
