Across TCGA cell cohorts, MFSD8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,689 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle coating, Golgi vesicle transport, and Vesicle tethering. Each is linked with MFSD8 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD8-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD8 results are reported.
