Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MFSD6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MFSD6 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MFSD6 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MFSD6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and PDAC show a favorable association.

UCEC, HNSC, and PDAC are the cancer types where MFSD6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
