MFSD6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,485 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MFSD6_T10, MEGF9, and TOM1L1. Each is linked with MFSD6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD6-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD6 versus MFSD6_T10 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
