The most reproducible MFSD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM230A, H3P11, and RNA5SP436. Each is linked with MFSD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD6-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD6 results are reported.
