MFSD6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, FoxM1, and GAPDH. Each is linked with MFSD6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD6-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by MFSD6-low versus MFSD6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
