MFSD6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MFSD6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CALHM4, PROP1, and TEX43. Each is linked with MFSD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD6-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CALHM4 grouped by MFSD6-low versus MFSD6-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
