Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MFSD3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MFSD3 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher MFSD3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MFSD3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCS are the cancer types where MFSD3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
