MFSD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,891 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCRIB, CYC1, and MRPL46. Each is linked with MFSD3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD3-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD3 versus SCRIB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
