Across TCGA cell cohorts, MFSD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,272 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Methylglyoxal metabolic process, and SCF-dependent proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with MFSD3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD3-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD3 results are reported.
