MFSD2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,327 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACSL5, DOCK11, and LGALSL. Each is linked with MFSD2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD2A-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD2A versus ACSL5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
