Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MFSD2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LEPR, LRRFIP1, and SARAF. Each is linked with MFSD2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD2A-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD2A versus LEPR in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
