Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD14B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 314 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MFSD14B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPNE6, RAD51AP1, and HELLS. Each is linked with MFSD14B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD14B-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD14B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD14B versus CPNE6 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD14B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD14B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
