The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher MFSD13A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MFSD13A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, LGG, and ESCA are the cancer types where MFSD13A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
