MFSD12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,690 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GOLPH3L, PLAU, and C1QA. Each is linked with MFSD12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD12-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD12 versus GOLPH3L in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
