Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MFSD11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MFSD11 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher MFSD11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MFSD11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where MFSD11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
