Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,565 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT10A, THRAP3_S55, and USP47_S1013. Each is linked with MFSD10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD10-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD10 results are reported.
