MFSD10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 295 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-674P, LINC02497, and FEZ1. Each is linked with MFSD10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD10-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-674P grouped by MFSD10-low versus MFSD10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
