Across TCGA cell cohorts, MFSD10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,636 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MFSD10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Clathrin coat disassembly, Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, and Positive regulation of CAMKK-AMPK signaling cascade. Each is linked with MFSD10 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD10-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Clathrin coat disassembly grouped by MFSD10-low versus MFSD10-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
