MFSD10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MFSD10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYZL4, FCN2, and LAIR2. Each is linked with MFSD10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD10-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYZL4 grouped by MFSD10-low versus MFSD10-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
