Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,538 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MFSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf162, VSIG4, and C1QB. Each is linked with MFSD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD1-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD1 versus C1orf162 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
