Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,367 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD1, RNA5SP260, and IGLV3-19. Each is linked with MFSD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD1-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD1 results are reported.
