MFN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,041 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRRC47, RPS6KA1, and NMNAT1. Each is linked with MFN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFN2-to-partner and partner-to-MFN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFN2 versus LRRC47 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
