MFN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,065 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBIAD1, LOXL2, and DFFA. Each is linked with MFN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFN2-to-partner and partner-to-MFN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFN2 versus UBIAD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
