Across TCGA cell cohorts, MFN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,853 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic spindle elongation, Mitotic spindle midzone assembly, and Cellular response to methionine. Each is linked with MFN2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFN2-to-partner and partner-to-MFN2 results are reported.
