MFN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,800 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOCS5, BPTF, and MANEA. Each is linked with MFN1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFN1-to-partner and partner-to-MFN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFN1 versus SOCS5 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
