MFN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,471 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSE, RHOH, and MCTP1. Each is linked with MFN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFN1-to-partner and partner-to-MFN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFN1 versus DSE in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
