MFGE8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFGE8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,151 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFGE8-associated genes across cancer lineages are UACA, MSRB3, and PRELP. Each is linked with MFGE8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFGE8-to-partner and partner-to-MFGE8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFGE8 versus UACA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFGE8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFGE8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
