MFAP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFAP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,428 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFAP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCOLCE, PDLIM7, and SGCD. Each is linked with MFAP5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFAP5-to-partner and partner-to-MFAP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFAP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFAP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
