MFAP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFAP5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFAP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ACC1, and MEK1. Each is linked with MFAP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFAP5-to-partner and partner-to-MFAP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFAP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFAP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
