Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFAP3L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 771 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MFAP3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AC21, H2AC8, and SUV39H1. Each is linked with MFAP3L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFAP3L-to-partner and partner-to-MFAP3L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFAP3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFAP3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
