MFAP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,222 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFAP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRPPRC, MTIF2, and XPNPEP3. Each is linked with MFAP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFAP3-to-partner and partner-to-MFAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFAP3 versus LRPPRC in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
