MFAP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFAP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,632 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MB21D2, PGK1, and TBC1D13. Each is linked with MFAP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFAP3-to-partner and partner-to-MFAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFAP3 versus MB21D2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
