Across TCGA cell cohorts, MFAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,001 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFAP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein polyubiquitination, Import into nucleus, and Protein localization to nucleus. Each is linked with MFAP3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFAP3-to-partner and partner-to-MFAP3 results are reported.
