MFAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,688 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THBS2, VCAN, and PCOLCE. Each is linked with MFAP2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFAP2-to-partner and partner-to-MFAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFAP2 versus THBS2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
