MFAP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,089 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLT8D2, BGN, and AEBP1. Each is linked with MFAP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFAP2-to-partner and partner-to-MFAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFAP2 versus GLT8D2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
