Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,881 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MFAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC17, TP53BP1, and RTF1. Each is linked with MFAP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFAP1-to-partner and partner-to-MFAP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFAP1 versus DNAJC17 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
