MFAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,345 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMP1, SNRPE, and EDRF1. Each is linked with MFAP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFAP1-to-partner and partner-to-MFAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFAP1 versus TIMP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
