MFAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MFAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LEUTX, TLE7, and ZPBP2. Each is linked with MFAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFAP1-to-partner and partner-to-MFAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LEUTX grouped by MFAP1-low versus MFAP1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
