Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MEX3D Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MEX3D data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MEX3D Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MEX3D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD are the cancer types where MEX3D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
