MEX3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEX3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,335 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEX3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYM2, DHX9, and SF3B3. Each is linked with MEX3A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEX3A-to-partner and partner-to-MEX3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEX3A versus ZMYM2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEX3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEX3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
