MEX3A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEX3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,660 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEX3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLAAT4, TBC1D7, and UBQLN4. Each is linked with MEX3A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEX3A-to-partner and partner-to-MEX3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEX3A versus PLAAT4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEX3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEX3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
