MEX3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEX3A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEX3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Src_pY527, INPP4B, and JNK2. Each is linked with MEX3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEX3A-to-partner and partner-to-MEX3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Src_pY527 grouped by MEX3A-low versus MEX3A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEX3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEX3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
