Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEX3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,943 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEX3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, Regulation of double-strand break repair, and Nucleosome organization. Each is linked with MEX3A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEX3A-to-partner and partner-to-MEX3A results are reported.
